ResCo Engineering Services are proud to support the Original Equipment Manufacture’s in manufacturing components for the mining industry. The following photos show some of the components ResCo Engineering Services manufacture:-

ResCo has manufactured dragline bucket for Bucyrus that was delivered to CNA’s Hunter Valley Operations in 2006.

ResCo fabricated eight 240 tonne truck bodies for P&H MinePro during 2006 with another eight to be built in 2007.

ResCo has fabricated one 115 cubic yard dragline bucket for P&H MinePro. The second dragline bucket is due to be completed by late 2007.

ResCo fabricated twelve underground shuttle cars for Waratah Engineering during 2006 with more to be built in 2007.

ResCo has completely rebuilt a high wall auger after it had been damaged when the high wall had fallen onto it.
ResCo Engineering Services have carried out a number of major up grades to Liebherr 996 excavator booms and Hitachi excavator booms and sticks.

ResCo carry out major rebuilds on truck bodies including complete floor and side wall replacements and installation of new liner plates.

Onsite line boring can be completed by the use of ResCo’s mobile line boring trailer or line boring truck. ResCo can also supply liquid nitrogen for freezing of bushes etc
