ResCo Open Cut Services supplies poly pipe products and welding services for mining, agricultural and industrial businesses throughout the Hunter and Mid North West region. Polyethylene pipe systems are suitable for such a wide variety of uses enabling them to successfully challenge other piping materials like metals, earthenware, concrete and fibre cement.

Light, flexible, strong, corrosion resistant and easily transported or moved, Polyethylene pipes are especially suited for the mining industry. With high impact strength and abrasion resistance, required for slurry lines, polyethylene pipe is also ideal for pit dewatering and the countless other water and chemical applications. Ranging in sizes from 32 to 355mm poly pipes are perfect for a wide range of agri-activities also, such as use in irrigation, stock watering, micro-irrigation, water mains and reticulation systems.

With the wide variety of fittings and the ability to weld into any required configuration or length, poly pipe provides unparalleled versatility compared to traditional piping products. Extrusion and butt welds maintains 98% of the original pipes strength and so don’t affect the pipes carrying capacity.
ResCo Open Cut Services staff are trained in poly welding and all welds, fittings and designs are to Australian Standard AS/NZS 4130:2003. We can also provide services for designing poly pipe systems.
